
Angus Beef Raised in the Badlands of South Dakota
So how it works...

You make the decision that you would like to fill your freezer with some high quality home raised grass fed beef.
​
Then you make the decision on if you would like a whole, 1/2 or 1/4 of beef. The price is $3.07/lb hanging weight.
​
The typical breakdown of a whole beef is:
Ground Beef -35%
Roasts - 35%
Steaks - 15%
Other - 15%

From there, we sell you a whole or portion of a live cow. We write out a bill of sale and you are now a proud new owner of a live cow.
​
We will deliver your live cow to Philip Custom Meats or a butcher of your choice and you communicate with them on how you would like your beef processed. There will be a standardized list for 1/4 of beef to ensure all people are receiving equivalent portions. For a 1/2 and whole beef it will be customizable. We will send you an order form for you to use to communicate with the butcher to customize your beef.

One payment will be made to R3 Angus and one payment will be made to Philip Custom Meats. Please fill out the contact form above and we will guide you through the rest of the process.
